Recruitment Procedure

Recruitment Procedure at International Trade Links (ITL)

At ITL, we follow a structured, transparent, and government-approved recruitment process to ensure that both employers and candidates experience a smooth, fair, and professional journey from application to deployment.

Demand Letter and Authorization

We begin by receiving a Demand Letter and Power of Attorney from the overseas employer, duly attested by the relevant embassy and authorities. This outlines the job categories, required qualifications, number of candidates, salary packages, and terms of employment.

Job Advertisement

Based on the demand, we publish job advertisements in local newspapers, social media, and our office notice boards. Advertisements are clear, authentic, and approved by the Bureau of Emigration & Overseas Employment (BEOE).

Candidate Screening & Registration

Interested candidates are invited to register with ITL by submitting their CVs, educational and experience certificates, and other relevant documents. We conduct initial screening to verify qualifications, experience, and suitability for the job role.

Trade Testing / Interviews

Qualified candidates undergo trade tests, practical skill assessments, or interviews, either conducted by ITL or by employer representatives visiting Pakistan. We ensure that only the best-suited candidates are shortlisted for final selection.

Medical Examination

Selected candidates are sent to GCC-approved medical centers for comprehensive medical testing. Only medically fit candidates proceed to the next stage.

Visa Processing

ITL coordinates with the employer to initiate visa processing, ensuring all legal and document requirements are fulfilled without delays. We also assist with the protector process from the Bureau of Emigration.

Pre-Departure Orientation

Before travel, candidates attend a mandatory orientation session to educate them on:

  • Host country culture and laws
  • Job responsibilities and rights
  • Health and safety practices Legal and contract terms

Ticketing & Travel Arrangements

Once the visa is issued and protector clearance is obtained, ITL facilitates ticketing and travel arrangements, coordinating departure dates with the employer.

Post-Deployment Follow-Up

Our responsibility doesn't end at departure. We maintain post-deployment communication to ensure worker welfare and satisfaction. We are always available for support in case of disputes, issues, or contract concerns.

At ITL, every step of our recruitment process is built on a foundation of honesty, compliance, and care—because we believe overseas employment should be a life-changing opportunity, not a risk.
